Privacy Policy

Ledgr is a private accounting tool operated by Ledgr Inc, established in Clark County, Nevada, United States. For any privacy question, contact us via message support on Telegram.

Account data. Your email address, display name, optional alias, optional phone number, timezone, and country. This is what identifies your account.

Operational data you enter. Game nights, buy-ins, cash-outs, expenses, player and staff records, payouts, signatures, and any attachments you upload. This is your business data — we store it so you can use it.

Technical data. Sign-in events, IP address, browser user agent, and the route being used, recorded in an audit log so you can see who changed what.

Billing data. Package purchased, amount, and the on-chain transaction reference. We never see or store card numbers or wallet private keys.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use your operational data to train models. We do not store passwords in readable form — authentication is handled by a dedicated provider using one-way hashing.

When you enter a player's name, phone, or contact handle, you are the controller of that information and Ledgr Inc is the processor. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to record it, and for telling those individuals that you keep a ledger.

Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is enforced at the database itself with row-level security, so one operator's records cannot be read by another. Two-factor authentication is available on every account, and new passwords are checked against known breach corpora.

Essential only by default. We set a session cookie so you stay signed in, and store a small amount of app state in your browser so the app paints quickly. These cannot be turned off without breaking sign-in.

Analytics. Non-essential measurement scripts only load if you accept them in the cookie banner. Decline and none are loaded. You can change your mind at any time from the footer.

Your operational data stays available for as long as your account exists, including after your game credits run out. Audit-log entries are retained for the life of the account. If you delete your account, we remove your data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain a billing record.

You can request a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and its data. Reports and game data can be exported from inside the app at any time. For anything else, message support on Telegram.

We use a managed cloud database and authentication provider to store data and sign you in, and object storage for attachments. These providers process data on our instruction only. We do not use advertising networks.

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top and notify account holders by email before the change takes effect.
