Terms of Service
Last updated 8 September 2026
These terms govern your use of Ledgr, operated by Ledgr Inc. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The service
Ledgr is accounting and record-keeping software for private cash-game poker operators. It records transactions you enter. It does not host games, hold funds, process wagers, or move money between players.
2. Eligibility and lawful use
You must be of legal age in your location and you must have the right to operate whatever activity you are recording. You are solely responsible for the legality of your own operation. Recording an activity in Ledgr does not make it lawful, and we make no representation that any particular use is permitted where you are.
3. Accounts and team access
You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by teammates you invite. Keep your credentials private, enable two-factor authentication, and remove teammates promptly when they no longer need access. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Game credits and billing
Access is sold as game credits. One credit is consumed when you start a game night; there is no time limit and no player cap on a game. Credits do not expire. Credits are non-refundable once a payment is confirmed. Prices may change for future purchases, never retroactively for credits you already hold.
If your balance reaches zero you keep full read access to your history, reports, players, and staff — you simply cannot start a new game until you buy more.
5. Your data
Your operational data is yours. We claim no ownership of it. You can export it from inside the app at any time. We access it only to operate the service, to fix a problem you have reported, or where the law requires it.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another operator's data, probe or bypass access controls, upload malware, scrape the service, resell access, or use Ledgr to record activity that is unlawful where you operate. We may suspend an account that does any of these, without refund.
7. Availability
We work to keep the service available and back it up, but it is provided as-is, without a formal uptime guarantee. We may take it down briefly for maintenance and will avoid peak hours where we can.
8. Accuracy of records
Ledgr calculates from what you enter. You are responsible for the accuracy of the entries and for reconciling against real cash. We are not liable for a settlement dispute, shortfall, or tax position arising from data you recorded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost data beyond our backup obligations.
10. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service at any time and request account deletion. We may terminate for a material breach of these terms, and will give notice and a chance to export your data unless the breach makes that unsafe.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Clark County, Nevada, United States, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Clark County, Nevada, United States.
